1. Who we are

Digistore24 acts as the retailer for our products. When you buy, Digistore24 processes the transaction and operates as a separate data controller for the payment. Their own privacy policy applies to that part of the process.

2. What we collect

When you buy

You enter your name, email address and billing details on the Digistore24 order form. Digistore24 processes the payment and passes us your name and email address so that we can deliver the product and provide support.

We never receive, see, or store your full card number, your bank details, or your security code. That information goes directly to Digistore24 and their payment processors.

When you contact us

We keep the email you send and our reply, so that we have the history if you write again.

When you visit the site

Standard technical information such as your browser type, approximate region and the pages you viewed. This is used to understand which pages are useful, not to identify you personally.

3. How we use it

• To send your download links and order confirmation
• To answer support questions and process refund requests
• To send service messages about a product you bought, such as a corrected file
• With your consent, to send occasional promotional email about related guides

We do not use your data for automated decision making or profiling.

4. Cancelling promotional emails

You can stop promotional email at any time, and it takes one click.

• Every promotional email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it removes you permanently and immediately.
• You can also email support@upgradethelifestyle.com with the word "unsubscribe" and we will remove you within 48 hours.

Unsubscribing does not affect access to anything you have already bought, and it does not affect your refund rights. You will still receive essential messages about your order, such as your download links or a notice that a file has been updated.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. It is shared only with:

• Digistore24, as the retailer processing your purchase and any refund
• Our email delivery provider, to send your download links and any newsletter you consented to
• Authorities, where we are legally required to do so

6. Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies for basic functionality and to attribute an order to the page it came from. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles on this site. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings, and the site will continue to work.

7. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, then deleted. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Support emails are kept for two years.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
• Ask us to delete your data
• Object to or restrict how we use it
• Withdraw consent for marketing at any time

If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page with a new date at the top. The version in force at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
