These terms apply when you buy or use a digital product from Upgrade The Lifestyle. Please read them before purchasing. By completing a purchase you agree to them.

1. What you are buying

A digital product consisting of one or more PDF files, delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. The specific contents of each product are described in full on its sales page.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase.

3. The retailer

Digistore24 is the retailer for these products. Digistore24 processes the payment, issues the invoice, and handles refunds. The name on your bank or card statement will be Digistore24.

4. Price and payment

• The price shown on the product page is the price you pay, in US dollars.
• Every product is a single one time payment.
• There is no subscription, no membership, no free trial that converts to a charge, and no automatic renewal.
• Optional additional guides may be offered after your first purchase. They are entirely optional, and declining them has no effect on what you have already bought.

5. Your licence

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own private use. You may read it, print a copy for yourself, and keep it indefinitely.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, rent or lend the files
• Redistribute or republish them, in whole or in part, in any format
• Upload them to file sharing sites, forums or social platforms
• Translate, adapt or create derivative works for distribution
• Remove or alter any copyright or ownership notice

6. Delivery

Download links are sent to the email address you provide at checkout, normally within a few minutes of payment confirmation, and are also shown on your confirmation page. If they do not arrive, check your spam and promotions folders, then contact support@upgradethelifestyle.com and we will send them manually.

7. Refunds

Every product carries a 60 day money back guarantee. The full terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. No guaranteed outcome

These products are educational. The results you get depend on your own home, your budget, the choices you make and the effort you apply. Nothing on this site or inside the material is a promise of a particular result, and none should be inferred.

9. Limitation of liability

The material is provided on an "as is" basis for educational purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Upgrade The Lifestyle is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in them affects your statutory consumer rights.

10. Safety

Some suggestions involve everyday household activities such as changing light bulbs, hanging items, moving furniture or lighting candles. Follow the safety instructions supplied with any product you use, take sensible precautions, and use a qualified professional for any electrical or structural work.

11. Intellectual property

All content, text, layout and images on this site and inside the products are owned by Upgrade The Lifestyle or used under licence, and are protected by copyright.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to you.

13. Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms stay in full effect.
